140 drivers braved mother nature as late afternoon sprinkles provided for a fast track all night long. With Kay Distributing Presenting White Claw night each feature event had a hard charger award for the driver gaining the most spots. That hard charger would take home a case of White Claw n addition to their share of the purse.

The Professional Plating IMCA Modified A Main had Cody Hokenstad hold off the pack on the opening lap from his pole position starting spot. The field bunched almost immediately as the Big D’s Nuts yellow flag flew with just a single lap in the books. Dan Roedl wrestled away the top spot on lap three. While Roedl looked to walk away from the pack The Hitman, Johnny Whitman, was slicing through the field. Whitman’s 08 machine worked the low side to 3rd on lap 6 and two laps later hustled around the high side to 2nd. At the halfway mark Roedl continued to pace the race but lap 11 saw Whitman hug the infield tires on the low line to grab the lead. Whitman held on to capture his second feature win of the year at the track and also laid claim to the hard charger award. Roedl finished 2nd, Jayden Schmidt 3rd, Adam Abbey 4th, and Benji LaCrosse completed the top 5.

The start of the Monroe Truck Equipment\K&E Sales IMCA Stock Car feature event saw the lead change three times over the opening three circuits. Ryan Lujeck paced the opening lap but quickly surrendered the top spot to Jesse Krahn on lap 2. Defending division track champ, Hot Rod Snellenberger, threw his familiar 10 car under Krahn to lock up the lead on lap three. Snellenberger still set the pace at the halfway mark with Chase Parker powering his way to the
runner up position. A late caution with two laps remaining reset the field but Snellenberger was able to hang on for the feature win. Brett Wenzel nipped Parker for 2nd, Parker settled for a hard fought 3rd, Krahn was 4th, and Brandon Schmitt closed out the top 5. Trent Nolan nabbed the hard charger award moving from 18th at the start to finish 9th at the checkers.

Max Oreskovich’s bid to win back to back features came up just short as Ryan Schmidt used a green, white, checker finish to wrestle away the win in the Trailer Express IMCA Northern Sport Mod feature. Oreskovich came home 2nd, Kaden Besaw 3rd, Jared Spaulding 4th, and JJ Vanderloop was 5th. Spaulding also captured the hard charger award in the caution marred event.

The Vetting Customs Rigs and Rides Unified Dirt Street Stock feature started with Derek Schrauth rocketing to the lead on the opening lap from his 6th place starting spot. Opening night winner, Trey Van Straten, slid his 20T machine into the lead on lap 2. Van Straten held off a furious charge from Paul Diefenthaler to pocket his second feature win of the year. Diefenthaler was 2nd, Schrauth 3rd, Josh McDonald 4th, and Tony Everard 5th. Shannon Guelette was the hard charger, moving up 11 spots from 20th to 9th.

The Midwest Equipment Dock and Lift Service IMCA Sport Compact A-main event saw Ricky Kaufert grab the early lead but surrendered it to Brett Deprez on lap 7. Deprez held the point until a late race restart had Thomas Schulte squeeze by to capture the win. In a twist of fate Schulte had borrowed the 54S car from Deprez while his familiar 69 car was awaiting frame repair from a heat race crash the prior week. Deprez settled for 2nd, Cody Booth 3rd, Brian
Watzka Jr. 4th, and Kaufert rounded out the top five. Cody Booth was the hard charger in the final event of the night.
